Is it okay to eat one Club sandwich in first trimester?

I’m worried about the lunch meat with listeria. But all I’ve been craving is a club sandwich. Literally my fav!

Listeria is rare... It can happen... But it is pretty rare. I have been eating sandwhich my whole pregnancy and I know a lot of other pregnant moms have too.

I craved club sandwiches in both my pregnancies! I ate them like they were going out of style 😂 I had two healthy pregnancies and now have two healthy babies haha

My doctor told me it's a-okay to eat them every once in a while! I usually (not always) just heat up the meat!
