I’m so lost

I had my mirena removed on July 16th and before i got it removed i had af the entire time while on it and i been ttc ever since, i been having lower back pains as well some pelvic pains. My AF was due yesterday and there is no sign of her. I took numerous of test and all were BFN. I just don’t know what to do
