Accidentally picked up 40lb niece and just found out I was pregnant yesterday. Am I okay??

Your pregnant not made of glass. Any physical activity you did pre pregnancy is fine during pregnancy.

I was still competitive weightlifting (230ish lbs) while in early pregnancy with my daughter (before I knew I was pregnant) and everything was fine.
As others have said, if you were lifting your niece prior then you’re fine. Mums with older kids pick them up all the time while pregnant!

Ya your fine. Just don't go running any marathons unless you aalready do that. Basically the doctors say everything your normally do it find but don't shock your system

I picked up 50pound weights just to move it while cleaning a few weeks back when I was 28 weeks pregnant. I think you are ok.
