Painting toenails

Can we just talk about this for a second 🤣 mine are lookin ROUGH and i want to paint them but...belly. Haha i hate people touching my feet so my husband is out and a pedicure is out so does anyone have pointers on painting your own toenails without it being impossible or totally uncomfortable 🙃🙈
