HELP!!!!! Newborn schedule
My baby is 1 week old and I have no idea how to get her on a schedule for anything. I'm a 1st time mom and kind of freaking out cause I have no idea what to do.pinterest and youtube just have me confused cause everybody says something different. I feel like all these other moms just have thier shit together and know what to do so easily and in struggling so bad. Looking for any advice.
