Crazy Question please help!!

I took a blood pregnancy test 2 days after I was suppose to start my period, it came up negative however I've been feeling a couple early signs but I've never been pregnant so I wouldn't truly know. I've had 3 vvfl on tests as well but this was prior to the blood test.

Is there any chance that could've been too early and wrong? I dont know...
