People with IBS...does your stomach hurt after pooping?

Mine does most of the time. Especially if it wasn’t hurting before. Let me know if you have any tjps to help with this.

Try drinking Kefir every morning, may take a little while to notice any changes but I use to get crippling cramps (close to passing out a few times) from my IBS and now the only time I do is when I’m on my period. My dad also swears by it as he suffered too x
