I’m so upset that I have this. Last week, I had an allergic reaction to something and my body was filled with hives and welts in different spots of my body. I went to the emergency and they prescribed me Atarax. I’ve been taking the medication but it doesn’t get any better. I’ve looked more into it, and now I know there’s no cure for this. I won’t be able to look pretty any more because it comes on my face, although it goes away, but it seems to always be on my face. I don’t know what to do 😣😔

Dermatographia is a skin disease/condition that comes from an overactive histamine in the blood. So whenever I scratch myself or even apply a little bit of pressure, welts and hives pop up about 5 minutes later. 😔 I’m disgusted with myself.
