Does implantation cramps feel the same as period cramps? I’m officially a day late for my period. Yesterday Aug 9 i started having cramps and very light brown discharge. Today Aug 10 (which is supposed to be my period start date) I’ve been having mild cramps and whiteish brown discharge. It honestly feels like my period is coming but nothing has happened. I took a pregnancy test around 3 PM today and it was negative I’m so confused. Any ideas? Could it be implantation? Or just a late period?
