BFN but feeling symptoms?

I’m currently sitting at 15DPO and have had weird symptoms:

- cramping/sharp pain on right side of pelvis for 2 weeks

- afternoon nausea that comes and goes

- sore, full- feeling boobs (I’ve never had before)

- exhaustion

- migraines and headaches

- intense lower back pain

This is our first month on Clomid so I’m not quite sure what to think of all this! Is it possible I’m pregnant and the tests still aren’t picking it up? Do these look faintly positive to anyone? This is my test from this morning:
