My baby doesn't like me!!!!

I work nightshift and im really not home with him when im off I try to spend time with him even let him sleep with me but seems like all he does is cry when I have him my daughter watches him while I work butI feel so upset because he really doesn't want to be around me like we used to be when he waz born I really don't know what to do about this situation I feel very hurt
