Spicy food is it bad ??

Am I the only one who LOVESSSSSS Spicy foods??? 
Like I eat it none stop I just had pizza with hot sauce cheese and spices

Is it bad???

I've been craving Chick-fil-a spicy sandwiches and never did before! That's the only spicy thing I'm craving though

It's not bad, with my first pregnancy all I ate was buffalo chicken and Mexican food. At the end of pregnancy alot if people told me to eat spicy foods to bring on labor, but it didn't work for me.

I love spicy food!! It does give me and heartburn though. But I bear through it for some good spicy food!!

Maybe for your heartburn if you get it or your booty lol but not for baby. You've probably heard spicy food can start labor? Really its just if you're ready for labor. It stimulates the bowels which if you're close to labor or contracting irregular it may bring on labor.

With my first, everything I ate had Tabasco or Louisiana hot sauce on it. No heartburn the entire 42 weeks :) if you want spicy food, go right ahead!

I eat spicy  pickles lol and I occasionally visit the taco truck omg I have bad gas that is unbearable

I live in New Mexico where we put chile on everything.  We eat spicy food on a daily basis here.  I don't think it is bad for you or baby, however, it can give you heartburn like no other.  I always have my Ranitidine handy, that's for sure.

You're gonna get heartburn lol I don't like spicy food but when I reached 11 weeks I started having heart burn which  I something I never felt in my life until now and never want to feel again. Thank god for tums!
