How do I get over my ex..?

Guys, I really need your help. Me and my ex were engaged and had a baby on the way. He had broken up with me three times but I took him back. The last time he dumped me was the day after I found out I had a miscarriage with his baby. Then him and his family made out that because I wasnt scraped out I didnt have a miscarriage. I cuddle the teddy I got for my bubba most nights and cry and the dad never showed he cared at all. I dont know how to get over him 😭😭
