A little concerned!!

So I had sex Saturday night, no protection just pulled out. I even asked him the day after and he told me he did not cum in me. I did have sex a week before that with no condom but my chance of pregnancy was low then. Afterwards when I use the bathroom I felt a little pain while peeing and a little bleeding, did he tear me a little or bruise my uterus?? Since then I've been feeling really fatigued, slight back pain and increase bowel activity? Could I be pregnant?
