Joints pain causes by breastfeeding

Hello !

I gave birth to my little boy 3months ago and I have serious joints and back pain. The doctor told me that it could be because am breastfeeding my son , if I stop I'll be fine. Is it normal to have pain when breastfeeding? Thanks for advices and testimonies
