2 1/2 month old - watery poop
Over the last few days my baby has been pooping more, but then they started to get more watery. He seems to be forcing them out, but not in pain if that makes sense.
1. No fever
2. Still peeing enough
3. Will poop, and push out watery yellow poop after I clean him.
Is this normal?
