Pet and pregnancy

I have a 7 year old Yorkie dog that follows me everywhere I go... When I sleep he sleeps with me like he is my boyfriend or baby... I share food with him cause sometimes he will just take it... Lately he has been acting out by potty in the house and he's been trained since we have had him..that's the only way he acts out... I was told because I'm pregnant he know that I am ... I haven't found out the gender yet but since he's a boy I was told I'm probably having a girl since he always under me... Does anyone else's pet smoother them like mine ... I still love my dog his name ziggy by the way and I'm 17 weeks
