Ovulation Bleeding? 🧐
I have very regular cycles with (according to my ovulation test) 5 days of “High” and 1 day of “Peak” the day before I ovulate, I usually ovulate around day 14 or 15. Yesterday (day 12) I had bright red spotting and today (day 13) I have brown spotting.
Is this ovulation bleeding?
Does ovulation bleeding come before you ovulate or did I ovulate on the day 12?
