Would a doctor want to know when you’ve had a chemical pregnancy?

I've asked before and my first doctor said no when I had one. I thought they would at least want to put it on my file. I ended up seeing a new doctor at a different place because I felt I was getting horrible treatment. At the new place I've been treated so much better and am actually getting answers to things I've worried about and feel they actually listen to me. This new doctors says yes so that they can know how many times you've had a miscarriage. It can make a difference in how soon they do blood panel tests to find out what's going on. If you only have 1 early miscarriage but 2 chemical pregnancies they will start tests but if they chemical pregnancies aren't listed they won't do tests, they say usually you have to have 3 or so miscarriages to start testing for reasons why

I just told mine at my yearly, but that was also scheduled for shortly after I stopped bleeding
