Okay so a month after i had my son i decided to use the depo shot as a form of birth control, and unfortunately it dried my milk and caused so much acne so when it was time to go back and get it again i decided not to so sense i haven’t really had a period but now its been 8 days on my period and was off 3 days and got it back again and its been about 5-6 days that im back on it and harsh cramps and it seems heavy this time anyone’s experience this 😭😭
