Any idea what this could be? Its dry and when i moisturize its just red splotches. Theres some on her neck and arm too. Looks like maybe eczema?? Shes 2 months old.

My daughter has eczema and that’s what hers looks like as well. Our doctor told us to avoid any bath products or lotions that are scented, avoid overly hot baths and moisturize 2-3 times per day using a thick cream from a tub (not a lotion from a pump bottle as those are typically water based) like cetaphil. It’s helped a lot.

Eczema. There's no one size fits all but this is what has worked for my daughter. A bath every night with a bit of baking soda sprinkled in the water. Then aveeno nighttime balm and aquaphor. Sometimes we use hydrocortisone cream if she's having a particularly bad flare that isn't responding to our regular routine. 
You might have to try a few things before you find what works for you.

Yes, looks like eczema.. my daughter has it and so do I. I just apply aloe and it clears up in a day

Different creams work for different peephole I tried stuff doctors gave me , aveno etc the best thing for us so far is e45 cream for washing and then coco butter for after cleared up right away but that may not work for everyone .

Aveeno baby has eczema bath wash and balm as well we used that with my son when his eczema broke out
