What do braxton hicks contractions feel like? I’m 32 weeks about to be 33 weeks

Belly gets hard and tight like a stretching sensation. I get bit breathless aswell but doesn’t last long maybe 30sec

I’m almost 33 weeks and just recently started feeling my whole belly tighten up super bad. It’s not painful just uncomfortable and if I take deep breaths it relaxes my tummy. So that’s what I’m thinking is Braxton Hicks!
