Your body can only absorb so much of each nutrient. You're not going to OD on calcium. If you take too much, the excess will just be released as waste. It's definitely NOT going to harm you to take possibly a 2nd pill. My dr actually had me take 1 in the morning and 1 at night early on because I was having a hard time getting enough nutrients.

I got a pill organizer.. I have pregnancy brain. I would easily forget if I took something. It’s helped tremendously

I think it has to do with not wanting to get too much folic acid. Ask your doc! I personally just skip if I forget whether I’ve taken it or not. It’s no biggie!!

I’d ask your doctor or nurse line. I threw up pretty soon after taking a prenatal early on and called the nurse line and was told to wait until the next day to take another prenatal as we didn’t know how much of it I’d absorbed.
