I got food poisoning on Friday and it was causing me to throw up and have diarrhea at the same time which when I have these both at once my body forces itself extremely hard. Because of getting sick like that this came up and I have no idea what it is but it’s extremely painful. Any educated guesses out there? Don’t dumb-shame me please. I still feel like utter crap.

My buttcheek is swollen and hard and there’s a billion little bumps as you can see. It does seem less swollen than yesterday though. Just a tiny bit. I’ve been treating it as if it were hemorrhoids medicinally.
