Tummy pain please help

My tummy hurts not the lower part its the upper part and its only pain, no vomiting or blood it feels like sharp hunger pain but I ate and it hasn't gone away its been 3 hours already I did sleep in I woke up with the pain about 10 am now its 2 pm it comes and goes I called the nurse line she said she wouldn't be to worried about it but if it doesn't go away go in within 4 hours I called around 12. Now it's 2 has anyone experience this I am 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant this can't be growth pain iv never felt these this is my thrid pregnancy. I'm worried please any advice or if anyone is going through this
