Can i see your 4D ultrasounds at 26/27/28 weeks?

I'm trying to figure out which time would bw the best. 26 weeks, 27 weeks or 28 weeks.

I was told 28 weeks is best from a private clinic I went to at 17 weeks (at the time I was thinking about returning for another visit when I got further along). This ultrasound was from 24 weeks at my ob office. I'm having another this Friday and I will be 32 weeks.
