Do people really believe dogs only attack when they’re being or been abused?
Whenever I see articles or hear about dogs attacking a human/child, I notice nearly everyone has the same old “clearly the dogs being abused or was” especially the blaming the victim comes about a lot too “they must have annoyed it and it’s the parents fault!”
Is there no small fraction of doubt in some people’s mind that without abuse or unnecessary annoyance that a dog can and do attack people? No one get irate, let’s just get some opinions 👍🏼
