Tips for post baby diet & excercise
I know we should all give ourselves some grace after baby comes to loose the baby weight, but I’m really anxious to get started.
I’ve already purchased it protein shakes and bars to replace meals as soon as I get home and thinking through what my exercise of choice will be when the doctor gives me the clear.
For non FTM, what worked for you post baby?
