SUPER BAD BACK PAIN

What can I use on my back for EXTREME back pain... I’m 26 weeks pregnant and my back and feet have been absolutely killing me to the point I can’t sleep. It hurts so bad and I don’t know what to do other than take Tylenol... which doesn’t really help all that much. What is safe to use???
