Hey ladies, so I've been really wanting to go to therapy. I did 2 years ago and could only afford 4 sessions and after decided it's a little too pricey for me.

Do any of you have any suggestions to find one that is affordable? Did you ever find one that had better payment plans? How long were you able to go?

I have really been suffering with things that I cant deal with much longer and need real outside support.
