He gave me no answers, he just decided one day he wanted to leave me. He leaves in 5 months for Officer Training School. We had everything figured out and planned for the years to come. He has been so up and down about what he wants he tells me one thing then tells his mom another ( he is very close to his mom and tells her everything) he tells her he still sees himself with me but just needed some space. About 6 months ago he lost his best friends to suicide, and not to long after lost his grandfather to cancer. So it’s been very hard for him. But i have never been with him when had lost someone so close to him. I didn’t know how he would react or handle things so I kinda just let him be and try and do everything I could to keep him busy. But he told me I was never there for him, then turns around and says I never left him alone so I was confused. This was all so unexpected, I miss him so much. He seems like he truly cares cause last night he made sure I made it home from a party I was at (but I haven’t talked to him) so I’m just so hurt. I lost my best friend!

So I don’t know what to do.. I need advice!! I decided to buy a notebook and write how he makes me feel, and everything we have gone through, write down things we need to work on and say I don’t want to give up on this. If you guys have any idea what else I should do please please please help!
