HSG test then super heavy flow

Has anyone noticed after having a HSG test done and then the cycle after it being super heavy opposed to your normal cycle? Holy cow is mine! Not sure if that means anything about my ovulation or fertileness this cycle? But hopefully it does 🤞🤞🙏
