6 month difference w Hashimotos

6 month difference with hashimotos- I started to weight train to get back to my pre-wedding size - I have only lost 3 lbs to date and haven’t seen much of a difference so will keep going- I weight train 3 days a week and walk around 2-3 miles a day- I watch my calories and can not have any gluten dairy or soy. Some days it feels like results will never come for as much work as i put in- yes I have a mommy pooch I am desperately trying to reduce!!!! Hashimotos is BRUTAL 😕
