Hi Beautiful Ladies ! 
I Am Currently 26 Weeks And My Lower Back Pain + Tail Bone Pain Is So Painful !! 😣 It Feels Similar To A Bruised Tail Bone 🦴 Do Any Of You Ladies Experience Similar Pain ? If So Do You Have Any Remedies You Could Share With Me ?? Would Be Greatly Appreciated🙏🏻

I had this my first pregnancy and sorry to tell you mine has caused me issues ever since but after seeing a specialist women’s health physio it is much better. I never realised but she said to NOT do pelvic floor exercises (kegels) when your tailbone is sore as it makes it worse. Best advice I got! Learning how to relax those muscles and let your tailbone release down was important too. I will be going back to see her if this crops up again this time around 😬

I do but (so far) only when i have bad posture, improper back support or have been bending over too much.

Yes! I didn’t with my first pregnancy but broke my tailbone during labor with my daughter. It’s healed and everything, but ever since about 18 weeks, it’s been bothering me tons this pregnancy. I also am having lots of sciatica issues, which I didn’t have during my first either.
