Does anyone have periods pain but end up being pregnant ?

I read on internet that’s its very common to feel periods pain in the beginning of pregnancy but I’m really tensed thinking I’m out . What do you think on this

Yes. The day my period was due, my lower back cramped like it does right before af starts. I was almost clinching and holding my breath as if that would prevent it from coming. Well, it turned out I was pregnant. Only thing that felt different was that my boobs stayed sore, and I had a mild headache. Things that usually fade a day before af starts. Symptoms just stayed/intensified. The cramping persisted but felt a little different than af more like pressure and some poking/tugging/stretching intermittently. I still get back pains and I’m 5 week today.

Yes absolutely. My last pregnancy I was sure I wasn’t pregnant because I had cramps identical to what I typically get before my period.  I was wrong. LoL

I had my period for three months and was pregnant. I know they say it's not possible but I had the cramps and everything and period was on time every month just like clock work. Never in a million years thought I was pregnant. I only found out because i started hemorrhaging randomly between periods and had to go to the ER. Turns out I was losing one of my babies. I'm going on 35 weeks pregnant with the surviving baby.
