Anxiety
I was hoping to enjoy this pregnancy, but my brain finds ways to lose sleep over work life balance and the health of my baby. I was continuously nauseous for a month and didn’t take my vitamins although I inadvertently eat lots of fortified foods with folic acid. No matter what I say to myself about fetal development, I can’t shake the feeling that I messed up my baby and something is wrong.
Does exercise help? Or meditation?
