Back Up Method???

Just started using the birth control patch 7 days ago. However I did have unprotected sex the day  I was ovulating. Should I take a plan b for back up?

You should read the info that comes with your birth control. Typically, plan b is what is recommended but I'm not familiar with the patch

I’ve been on hormonal iud since December, boyfriend cums in me about 4/10 times we have sex. Don’t recommend it, but I dont necessarily worry about it.
But the pill isn’t as effective also.

If you need a backup when you’re using hormonal birth control, then it should not be Plan B. You need a barrier method not another hormonal method.
