hit him up???

so this kid said I was cute and would hang out w me and my brother. and he’s our neighbor but he also lives an hour away. (Lake house and regular house). he snaps me back and then I snap back then he leaves me on read, and he’s done this multiple times. (he hits me up, I reply, and he leaves me on read, so I don’t respond again)
