Cramps!

What do I do for SEVERE cramps. It goes from my stomach all the way around to my lower back. I take midol for it but it doesn’t help at all! I feel like I can’t get out of bed ! It’s so bad to the point where I bawl my eyes out from the pain. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I try heating pads but they don’t work either
