Bumps on private area

A few months ago I noticed a little bump pop up in between my anus and vagina. I thought it was just a pimple but it kept getting bigger like a skin tag. Then I noticed two more pop on my anus. I noticed one closer to my vagina today while I was taking a shower. The big one and this new one hurt a little but only when I wipe. It’s more of like a sting. I have no clue what they are and I’m really starting to get worried. I know I need to go see s doctor. I just want opinions on what you guys think it is. I haven’t had anal sex in years.

And I’m pretty sure I have hemorrhoids but that’s doesn’t explain the bump between or the one just popping up
