Stepping on the scale😬😳
I don’t know about anyone else but stepping on the scale has always been an upsetting thing for me because I have never been happy about my weight. I know there are so many things that can make my weight fluctuate and that’s why I rarely use a scale. I’ve been eating betting, continuing to exercise, and drinking more water. Now I’m not gonna say what I weigh but I am very happy to say that I am down 4.8 pounds!!!
I like to use my fitness pal and map my run together. It shows me how many calories I’m actually putting into my body and gives me a good daily amount to help me lose the weight I want. Map my run shows you how long you ran or walked, how long it took, how many minutes per mile, how many calories you burned, and more
