Hey guys I need help okay so my boyfriend and I have been having a lot of unprotected sex and I’m on the nexplanon been on the bc for almost a year it will be a year in August and now today I’m so nauseous ( I never throw up ) and my stomach hurts (bubbly feeling can’t sleep on it , I feel bloated , my head hurts at times , it’s brown shit coming out of me & my back is killling me I’m not suppose to have my period until next week but since I been on the bc my periods been very irregular what should I do ?
