My 6 year old son has just had his 6 month check up and we found out he has no enamel left on his teeth! AT ALL! Which is completely different from the last checkup!

The dentist said his nerves are about to be exposed you can now already see them from the back of his teeth,

If his teeth keep deteriorating at this rate I’m scared I may have to agree to pull all my sons teeth out! He will be in so much pain :(

Dentist says this mean he has a underlying health issue going on causes this to happen.

He doesn’t have reflux (acid), doesn’t have soft drink, DOES have Lollies but not an extreme amount so he doesnt know what’s going on,

We have an appointment with a paediatrician on Monday to start testing :( our regular GP said it could be silent reflux but not sure, had to go private to get him seen so soon as going through the public system in my country would have taken more then a year!

He’s not aloud to have anything with artificial sugar or citric acid in it at the moment as that will cause the teeth to worsen quicker & we don’t know if this is going to effect his adult teeth :(

Has anyone else ever had this problem and been okay? What was your experience? What tests did you have done?
