I don't think so. sometimes I'd get spots on my butt and like that and it is usually from unhygienic toilet seats or not cleaning yourself right down there after using the toilet. gross I know but it could be that x

It can be the start of impetigo which is highly contagious, keep it clean and wash your hands each time or it can stay under the nails.. I’ve had this, it’s not anything sexually transmitted don’t stress about that, the more you touch and scratch the more it will get worse. You will find if it’s squeezed there’s a green/yellow puss under the white scab part. You need an antibiotic and topical cream xx
