I’ve noticed the past 3 days that I pee all the time and when I pee I have back pain and cramps just like when I had the golf ball sized cyst on my ovaries a few months back. My OPK test gave me a positive 4 days ago. I also know that when I went to my OBGYN office on cycle day 12 to check I had one good size cyst for an egg but it was surrounded by 6 tiny cyst and the other ovary had a cyst that could also be an egg. Should I just wait until I get a positive or negative pregnancy test or should I go ahead a call my doc? The cramps are mildly painful but nothing like last time when I could hardly stand.
