BEFORE I START PLEASE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS.. ONLY POSITIVITY

I have so many emotions right now considering after years of trying i finally had my first child my babygirl in june. i had a really tough pregnancy. i was in and out the hospital for HG and seizures .. i had just wanted to test bc my BC never had my period come on.. do y’all think it could just be a false positive or it’s legit 😅

SN- i’m so happy but at the time going crazy alittle bc i wanted to wait at least a year or two before another one bc i wanted to focus all my attention on my baby girl for a while.

while having so many mixed emotions but doesn’t mean unloved ♥️
