I need some reassurance or advice

10 days ago I was 5-6 days late on my period. We did a test and was absolutely over the moon to find out we were pregnant! 1-2 weeks showing on my clear blue digital test! I unfortunately was in the middle of swapping doctors due to a house move therefore hadn’t yet made my first appointment.

Over a week after finding out now 2 weeks late for a period and getting my appointment in place. Went to bed noticing discharge with a pinky appearance when going to the toilet!

Ignored this as had been prewarned this was normal! The next day we had a bank appointment and I came out of the appointment asking my other half to hurry home as I had what I believed to be period like cramps - and increased passing red blood this time but only while wiping nothing too scary.

My other half told me to do a test for peace of mind to which the digital test showed not pregnant. Although two paper tests showed faint lines. Called my old doctors to get me in ASAP and was told to go A&E.

Explained the above...

Had the following tests...

My urine test came back negative

My bloods showed low levels of HCG.

The nurse (not doctor) had said I was having a period and I was NEVER pregnant in the first place despite having no period for 2 weeks + a positive pregnant test and inconclusive paper tests I had also done the day I visited A&E.

I’m now two days into bleeding - with no clots. Just very pure water blood, no a constant flow. Only when I wipe! Not even enough to fill a sanitary towel. I track my periods on glow and my cycles are like clock work. Day three of the blood and it’s stopped.

I don’t know what to think or do or when to begin trying again or what my body is doing.

Despite the nurse thinking I’ve never been pregnant she told me to do a test in three weeks time if I still think I’m pregnant. Confused is an understatement!
