Married couples! How often do you and your spouse have sex?

Also comment how long you’ve been together and what works best for you as far as how often you have sex when life gets busy! I’m interested to see if my husband and I are somewhere in the “average”

Do not compare your relationship to some kind of “average” of other relationships. It serves no purpose. Each relationship is different, so you’re comparing apples to oranges or papayas to kiwis. There’s no comparison. 
It’s more fruitful (ha!) to continuously check-in within your relationship about overall satisfaction with quality and quantity of sexual encounters, but also to recognize other life influences that make it easier or harder to want to have or make time for sex. 
My partner and I have been together for 2 years. We have sex (which is all encompassing of sexual activities not just PIV) once per week most weeks. That frequency seems to work for our lives. During my stressful weeks or when he or I have been traveling, then it could be every other week. 
We value quality over quantity though.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and have been having contractions and lots of pain so I feel sooo bad we haven't been able to as much as we normally would. Its maybe once a month right now 😭

We have been married 9 years, will be 10 in January. We have sex about 5 times a week. When life gets busy I guess we just find time at the end of the day anyway. I never really thought about it to much but on busy weeks we still have sex about 5 times or so. We both have high sex drives. 
Well except now I'm pregnant and on full pelvic rest so we have sex 0 times a week. Although before I was moved to hospital bed rest I would still give him blow jobs here and there when I really got in the mood but obviously couldn't do anything.

We’ve been together 12 years and married for 10. It varies but would average out to 1-2 times a week. My husband works night shift so it can be tricky to get alone time together
