any tips on how to not get frequent yeast infections if my boyfriend and I don’t use condoms? if condoms is the only answer then I will start

I've had this issue (with and without condoms) and I tried a bunch of stuff like changing my soap I use down there, drinking more water, wearing loose clothing after sex, showering immediately after sex, etc. Basically I just had to find what worked best for me which ended up being peeing/showering right after sex, using summers Eve as my soap down there, staying away from really tight underwear (thongs are the worst) afterwards, and drinking a TON of water after. Hope you find some relief! I know how miserable it is

When last did your blood sugar levels get checked? High blood sugar can increase your chances to get a year infection. It is anyways a good idea to have it tested to identify the start of diabetes.
