When to 👶 💃 and how to relieve bd stress
Hey all, semi-new to using ovulation to track when to baby dance (we decided for me to go off bc back in January, got pregnant, but then had a mc and decided to wait a bit for us to be ready mentally and physically before trying again)now that we’re trying again, I’m wondering how to go about all this. My husband and I don’t bd a lot, maybe 2 times a week naturally, and I think he’s a little stressed about having to PLAN when to do it. Before you ask, yes we are both ready and very excited about having a child, no anxiousness about that, just looking for a way to make it feel natural and what days to try to aim for to make it so we don’t feel like we’re anxious about “getting it in” 😅
